From signed paperwork to a contract register.
AI does the reading. What it finds goes into typed fields, a person confirms each one, and everything after that runs on fixed rules - deadlines, reminders, the completeness check, the data room and the log.
Files arrive by themselves.
Connect one or more folders in Google Drive. New and changed files are fetched automatically and queued for reading, so nobody has to remember to upload the contract they just signed. Anything else can be uploaded, dropped in as a zip, or sent by email.
AI reads the paperwork. The register keeps the result.
Each file is sorted first - agreement, appendix, amendment, or not an agreement. Then the dates and terms are read into typed fields, each with the page and the sentence it came from. A person confirms or corrects every value before anything is calculated from it.
Once confirmed, the fields are ordinary data. You can filter, sort and export them like any other register.

Every contract mentions other paperwork. We check that you have it.
Appendices, amendments, price lists, the framework a call-off belongs to. When a document refers to another one, we record the reference and look for it among your files.
A document pack is complete when everything it refers to is on file. What is missing shows on the scan report and on the agreement's own page, until the piece is found or you say you manage without it.
Sorted into a data room. Downloaded in one click.
Every file is placed in a fixed folder structure by type and counterparty, with appendices kept next to their agreement. Each folder and document gets a stable index number that never changes when new files arrive.
When the auditor, the bank or a buyer asks for everything, you download the whole data room as one zip, with the index.
Who saw what, and when.
Every view, download, confirmation and change is written down with a name and a time.

Keep the data, not the paperwork.
With delete after parse switched on, we keep a file only as long as it takes to read the data you want to keep. Once you have confirmed the fields, the original leaves every page and is deleted from our storage 30 days later. Your copy in Google Drive is never touched.
A deleted file can't be read again or included in a data room download. The switch is one setting for the whole workspace.
Government contracts have more moving parts. Each one gets its own field.
A framework agreement with a public buyer often runs two years with two optional one-year extensions, adjusts its prices every year, and collects amendments and appendices along the way. Each of those has a date, and most have a notice requirement.
