Questions
Can we sign contracts in NeedToKnow?
No. NeedToKnow works with agreements that are already signed. You upload them, send them by email, or connect Google Drive and we fetch them.
Is reading included?
Yes. Reading your agreements and asking about them are included in every plan. A very large scan can need more reading than is left in the month; then the scan page says so before anything is read, and the scan waits for the next month or a bigger plan. The register, the deadlines, the reminders and the Monday email are in every plan.
Do you keep our files?
By default, yes, so you can open them and download the data room. With delete after parse switched on, a file goes to the deletion queue once you have confirmed the fields read from it, and is deleted 30 days later.
Are dates the AI reads used directly?
No. A date is proposed with the sentence it was found in, and used for deadlines only once a person has confirmed it.
Is there a discount for startups or non-profits?
Yes. The codes STARTUP (for 24 months) and NONPROFIT (for as long as you are one) take 50 % off Good and Better, once per organisation number. Enter the code under Plan and usage once you have signed up.
