Every contract you've signed, stored as data you can act on.
We use AI to read your paperwork. What it finds goes into a register, and a person confirms it. From there, the deadlines, the reminders and the follow-up run by themselves.

Filing rules work until the company outgrows the people who wrote them.
With ten people, someone knows where the lease is and when it can be terminated. With sixty, contracts sit in personal drives, email attachments and three versions of the same folder structure. A filing policy depends on everyone following it, every time.
- Where is it?
- Appendices saved apart from the agreement they change. The newest version is whichever one somebody opened last.
- What did we agree to?
- Notice periods, price clauses, exclusivity, liability caps, automatic renewal. Across a hundred agreements, nobody remembers all of them.
- When do we act?
- Usually the end date minus the notice period. That date is written in no contract and sits in no one's calendar.
Have you ever missed a termination deadline?
All of us have forgotten to cancel contracts that should have been cancelled, paid for things we couldn't find time to get rid of, and signed for contracts we maybe should have read twice.

- The signed fileFetched from Google Drive, sent by email or uploaded. Kept as it is, or deleted once a person has confirmed what was read, if you prefer.
- Typed fieldsThe dates and the terms: signed, in force, ends, notice period, options, renewal and price adjustment. Each value cites the page it came from.
- Computed deadlinesEnd date minus notice, option windows, price adjustment dates. The same confirmed input always gives the same deadline.
- A role that answers for itEach agreement answers to a role, and others can be told. A letter on the notice day, then a line in every Monday letter until it is handled.

All product details →Why not just keep them in Drive and ask Copilot?
You can, and it will find a clause when you ask for one. The trouble is the weeks when nobody asks. We store what's read as confirmed data, and the reminders, the roles and the checks around each agreement run whether anyone remembers or not.
